Prepaid promotions are conditional in a way that subscription discounts usually are not. You do not simply stay subscribed and receive the benefit; you have to be activated by one date and keep recharging by another. The published window is explicit: activate by 2 Nov 2026, with remaining recharges by 5 Apr 2027.
Why there are two deadlines
- The activation deadline limits how many customers can enter the promotion at all.
- The recharge deadline limits how long the promotional price or bonus can be used by those who enter.
- Between the two dates, the promotion is still live only for customers who activated inside the first window.
This is why a promotion that expires is not simply withdrawn on a single date. There is a cohort of existing customers continuing to receive the bonus while new activations are closed, and the two groups see different prices on the same day.
What it means for a plan you already hold
If you are mid-promotion, the recharge deadline is the date that matters, and missing it ends the bonus regardless of how long you have been a customer. If you are considering a new plan today, the activation deadline is the first filter: if it has passed, the promotional figures are not available to you at all and only the ongoing price applies.
The practical check
Before relying on any promotional figure, confirm both dates on the provider page, and confirm that the promotion is for new activations if that is what it says. We publish these windows with the source and the date we checked them, and we would rather show you a promotion that is closing than hide it.
What we could not verify. Where a provider has not published a figure we mark it unknown rather than estimate it. Re-read the provider page linked below on the day you decide.
